The Customer Contact Centre is the first point of contact for any member of the public wishing to find out about or wanting to access the full range of council services.
You can visit in person Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm. Alternatively the phone lines are open Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm.
