The Birchwood Walking Club was set up by John Keeney. John received a grant from the DIY Community Action Smalls Grant Programme at Trafford Hall funded by the John Laing Charitable Trust.
The club arrange short walks of up to 30 minutes in the local area. The walks are to help people get out of the house and also to improve their general health/fitness.
